SEC, in its latest court filing against long wick candle Ripple, appears to be pointing to the company's proposed stablecoin, in an amended corrective response on May 7, the regulator described the proposed stablecoin as an unregistered encryption entity and also indicated that the company would continue to engage in unregulated activities without long wick candle permanent injunction against the company. Ripple reportedly announced issuance stablecoin's plans in April, but has not provided long further details about the Token since then.
