1. New Customer Exclusive: Unified Account Lending

Applicable to clients with a monthly trading volume exceeding $20 million. By providing proof of trading volume for the past 30 days, you can obtain a lending limit upon joining Gate.io.

Lending Rules: After obtaining the quota, within 30 days, if the cumulative trading volume meets the standard, you can enjoy a 90-day interest-free treatment. The interest-free loan limit and trading volume requirements are as follows:

Maturity Assessment: If the trading volume does not meet the standard, interest must be paid at the agreed rate and the corresponding principal and interest must be returned within 3 days; if the standard is met, the interest-free period will be extended by 60 days, totaling 90 days interest-free.

2. Exclusive for Existing Customers: Unified Account Lending & OTC Lending

1. Unified Account Lending Applicable Customers: Existing customers with an average monthly trading volume of $30 million - $100 million in the last 90 days can apply for a maximum loan limit of 400,000 USDT.

Lending Rules: After obtaining the quota, assessments will be conducted every 30 days. If the trading volume growth or the spot market share of filled orders or the contract market share of filled orders meets the standards, you can enjoy interest-free treatment and continue borrowing.

Assessment every 30 days: If the assessment does not meet the standard, interest must be paid at the agreed rate and the corresponding principal and interest must be repaid within 3 days; if the standard is met, the past borrowing period will be interest-free, allowing for continuous borrowing and the possibility to apply for a higher limit.

• Trading volume growth rate calculation: 30-day trading volume / ( past 90-day average trading volume x 30) - 1
• Market Share Calculation: 30-day bid transaction volume / 30-day total bid transaction volume on Gate.io
• Eating single rate requirement: Among the above three assessment methods, the customer's eating single trading volume must account for more than 60% of their total trading volume.

2. OTC Lending / Unified Account Lending Applicable Customers: Existing customers who have completed KYB certification and have a 30-day trading volume of over $100 million can apply for a maximum interest-free limit of 10 million USDT based on their trading volume. Two lending methods are available: unified account lending and OTC lending.

Lending Rules: If the trading volume in the last 30 days meets the order & fill requirements for contracts or spot trading in the table below, you can apply for an interest-free lending limit for the corresponding tier.

Total Quota ：

• Spot and contract are calculated separately, the total loan limit for spot + contract is 10 million USDT.

Assessment Period:

• Each natural month is an assessment period.
• Gate will conduct trading volume audits on the first day of each month.

Assessment Criteria: Must meet the monthly trading volume requirements for the corresponding borrowing level of the contract's "taker and maker" or the spot's "taker and maker".

Non-compliance processing:

• If the trading volume requirement is not met, interest must be paid at the agreed rate, and the corresponding principal and interest must be returned within 3 days after the notification of the audit results (subject to the actual notification email of the audit results).
• Late repayment will trigger the automatic repayment process; if the account balance is insufficient, forced liquidation may be initiated.

Notes:

1. Unified account loan funds can only be used for spot margin trading; OTC lending funds have no market restrictions.
2. The trading volume of all zero-fee trading pairs is not included in the statistics.
3. New customers cannot participate in the GMMC event at the same time.
