1. Unified Account Lending Applicable Customers: Existing customers with an average monthly trading volume of $30 million - $100 million in the past 90 days can apply for a maximum loan limit of 400,000 USDT.

Lending Rules: After obtaining the quota, assessments will be conducted every 30 days. If the trading volume growth or the market share of spot or contract orders meets the standards, you can enjoy interest-free benefits and continue to borrow.

Assessment every 30 days: If the assessment does not meet the standard, interest shall be paid at the agreed interest rate and the corresponding principal and interest shall be returned within 3 days**; If the target is met, you can enjoy interest-free borrowing in the past borrowing cycle, sustainable borrowing, and can apply for a higher limit.

• Calculation of trading volume growth rate: 30-day trading volume/( average daily trading volume over the past 90 days x 30)-1
• Market share calculation: 30-day order volume / 30-day total order volume on Gate.io
• Order execution rate requirement: For the above three assessment methods, the customer's order execution trading volume must account for more than 60% of their total trading volume.

OTC Lending / Unified Account Lending Applicable Customers: Existing customers who have completed KYB certification and have a trading volume of over $100 million in the past 30 days can apply for a maximum interest-free limit of 10 million USDT based on their trading volume. Two lending options are available: unified account lending and OTC lending.

Lending Rules: In the last 30 days, if the trading volume meets the order & fill requirements for contracts or spot in the table below, you can apply for the corresponding interest-free loan limit.

Assessment Criteria: Must meet the monthly trading volume requirements for the corresponding borrowing tier of the contract "maker and taker" or spot "maker and taker".

Non-compliance Handling:

• If the trading volume requirement is not met, interest must be paid at the agreed rate, and the corresponding principal and interest must be returned within 3 days after the notification of the audit results (subject to the actual notification email of the audit results).
• Overdue repayment will trigger the automatic repayment process; If there are insufficient funds in the account, a forced liquidation may be initiated.

1. Unified account loan funds can only be used for spot margin trading; OTC lending funds are not restricted to the market.
2. The trading volume of all zero-fee trading pairs is not included in the statistics.
