Galaxy Digital plans to go public on Nasdaq on May 16, pending approval from a special shareholders' meeting.
According to BlockBeats news, on April 30, Mike Novogratz, CEO of digital asset company Galaxy Digital, stated that Galaxy plans to go public on NASDAQ on May 16, pending shareholder approval on May 9. BlockBeats previously reported that Galaxy Digital will hold a special shareholder meeting on May 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to approve the restructuring ("Special Meeting"). Galaxy expects to go public on NASDAQ under the stock code GLXY shortly after the special meeting, provided that the restructuring is completed.
