Former Solana advisor Nikita Bier assumes the position of product head at X platform.

Gate News bot message, Lightspeed risk partner Nikita Bier has officially joined social platform X as the product head. Bier served as an advisor at Solana Labs in March 2024, promoting the construction of its mobile application ecosystem. The social platforms he founded, TBH and Gas, were successively acquired by Meta (formerly Facebook) and Discord.

After taking office, Bier stated: "I hope to help users create more relevant timelines and understand all the dynamics on the platform through X's AI tool Grok." Grok is an AI chatbot developed by xAI, the artificial intelligence division of X, and its latest AI model is planned to be released soon. X platform founder Elon Musk previously proposed to deploy cryptocurrency-related features on the platform.
