Based on the company's current structure and operational situation, Metaplanet expects not to be classified as a PFIC for the fiscal year 2025, and under the premise of maintaining its existing structure and business model, it is also unlikely to constitute a PFIC in the future. This conclusion applies only to Metaplanet, and specific circumstances should be combined with the company's actual operations and asset structure.
