"Sham Liberation Organization" claims Syria will establish a government led by technocrats and bureaucrats.
Abu Mohammed al-Julani, leader of the Syrian armed group "Liberation of Syria" coalition, said in a statement on December 11 that the group will cooperate with international organizations to ensure the security of possible chemical weapons storage sites. He also said that the security forces of the Assad regime would be demobilized. At the same time, Julani said that he would form a technocrat-led government, with the current transitional government in power until March 2025.
