Sequans has just purchased an additional 755 BTC for 88.5 million USD, increasing its total holdings to 3,072 BTC worth 358.5 million USD.

Sequans Communications S.A. ( abbreviated as Sequans) – a telecommunications company listed on the NYSE with the code SQNS – announced that it has purchased an additional 755 Bitcoin with a total value of 88.5 million USD, equivalent to 117,296 USD/BTC.
As of July 25, 2025, Sequans is holding a total of 3,072 BTC, with a total investment of approximately 358.5 million USD, at an average price of 116,690 USD/BTC. All of these BTC were purchased with funds raised from the securities issuance completed on July 7, 2025.
Sequans regards Bitcoin as a primary reserve treasury asset, serving as a long-term store of value. The company plans to strategically accumulate BTC through stock issuances, bonds, and profits from business operations. Sequans' strategy somewhat reflects the model of Strategy – the first company in the world to incorporate Bitcoin into its balance sheet as a long-term reserve asset, leading the wave of "BTC-ization" of corporate treasury.
With its headquarters in France and operations worldwide, Sequans not only pursues technological innovation but also applies a financial investment strategy based on a strong belief in the potential of Bitcoin.
