Overview of Sui Liquid Staking Hackathon Finalist Projects

After more than 40 days of registration and selection, the Sui liquid staking hackathon has completed the evaluation of all participating projects. The final shortlist has been released, with six teams successfully advancing to the Demo Day stage in each track. Let's take a look at these outstanding projects.

1. Aftermath Finance A comprehensive decentralized trading platform built on Sui Move, offering a variety of functions such as spot, perpetual contracts, and options trading.

2. DegenHive Combining the innovative governance model of centralized liquidity DEX and NFTs, dedicated to unleashing the potential of $SUI on the Sui network.

3. Haedal Protocol Based on the Sui liquid staking protocol, users can stake $SUI to obtain haSUI, while participating in DeFi activities to earn additional rewards.

4. Interest Protocol DeFi protocols that support swapping and lending, helping liquidity providers reduce impermanent loss risk through innovative mechanisms.

5. SUISA The DeFi protocol on Sui allows users to stake $SUI to earn stSUI and supports minting NFTs with stSUI.

6. Volo The liquid staking solution on Sui helps users maximize the utility and liquidity of SUI through voloSUI.

LST DeFi and Tool Track

1. Aftermath Finance Same as described above.

2. Bucket Protocol The CDP protocol on Sui features non-custodial, immutable, and governance-free characteristics, aiming to become the DeFi engine of the Sui network.

3. Desig Provides a multi-signature solution compatible with the entire chain, which can be integrated with DApps on various blockchains.

4. Kana Labs User-friendly applications aimed at DeFi and GameFi, dedicated to jointly building the future of web3.

5. Legato Provide fixed-rate solutions for liquid staking assets and predict the annual interest rate fluctuations on Sui.

6. Wisp Swap Decentralized trading and prediction markets on Sui adopt an innovative asymmetric centralized liquidity DEX model.

  • Participating teams: Each team has 10 minutes (5 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A)

Review Mechanism

• The jury is selected from the ecosystem by the Sui Foundation and its partners.
• Use a standardized scoring system to calculate the average score after removing the highest and lowest scores.
• The results of the competition will be announced on October 2.
