In recent months, my trading mindset has undergone a huge change. In the past, when I made profits, I always liked to continue increasing the position, even at the risk of breaking even. However, now I am eager to exit as soon as I have a small profit. Every time I enter a position, it is accompanied by a strong sense of fear. In just one or two months, my trading strategy and psychological state have changed so drastically, which truly surprises me. Looking back, losses are often significant, while profits are only slight. This situation is particularly evident in Ethereum (ETH) trading. This change in mindset reflects the uncertainty and risks of the market, and also highlights the importance of emotional management in trading. As traders, we need to continuously adjust our strategies, balance risk and reward, while maintaining mental health.
