Some people believe that "experience is growth," but from another perspective, growth does not necessarily have to rely on "hitting a wall." True wisdom lies in being able to summarize from one's own experiences and also learn from the experiences of others.

• Experience → is a kind of "tuition fee", sometimes expensive.
• Summary → is the true "harvest"; otherwise, the experience is just a painful repetition.
• Learning from others → is the most efficient way to grow, building on the experiences of others and avoiding detours.
In summary:
Experience matures a person, summarizing leads to growth, and learning from others allows for faster growth.
